Directions

As you come out of Jersey Zoo turn left onto La Profonde Rue. Turn left Rue de la Monnaie. Then turn left onto Rue de la Fontaine. Continue onto La Rue de la Chesnaise. Follow the road and you will be on La Rue de Hammonets. Keep straight and you will get on La Rue de Moraines. Continue onto Le Mont Gavey. Follow the road and you will be on Rue de Bas

History

The farm complex comprises of three houses, a colombier, several outbuildings and an orchard. Each of the three houses dates from a different century, reflecting the changing architectural styles of Jersey over time. There is an orchard with Jersey Cider apple trees which make are used to make cider every year in the Cider barn. Langlois House at the Hamptonne Museum is possibly the oldest house in Jersey dating from the 1500s. There are animals to see at Hamptonne including Jersey calves, chickens, sheep and rabbits.
